Çalt İnşaat is a Bandırma-based construction company that has been contributing to the building industry of the South Marmara region for 50 years. We work across the region, primarily in Balıkesir, Bursa and Çanakkale.
We build practically any kind of structure, in the way its design requires. The scale changes — a detached villa, an industrial facility, a bungalow settlement, a roof renewal — but our approach to dimensions, materials and delivery dates does not.
We work with our own expert team and with partners we have been building alongside for many years. Knowing your formworker, steel fixer and plumber for decades has one concrete benefit: fewer surprises on site, and a programme that holds.
The most tangible thing half a century leaves behind in a region is references. That many of the buildings we put up in Bandırma, Erdek, Gönen and Karacabey are still owned by the same families and businesses is the measure that matters most to us.
